Why should I sealcoat?
Asphalt lots and driveways are typically used daily. They break down over time for various reasons such as diesel fuel, gasoline, oil leaks, antifreeze, daily traffic and weather (rain, snow, salt). Even the sun causes harmful UV rays that dry out the pavement and make it brittle. Sealer is designed to create a barrier between all those factors, extending the life of your pavement and protecting your investment.

It is imperative that the catch basin lay flush with the asphalt, otherwise is poses a tripping hazard and causes standing water around the basin.
